0ur clean and spacious efficiencies feature premium cable TV (including favorites like ESPN, DISNEY,& HBO), private balcony, efficiency including double burner stovetop, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes and flatware. All rooms have an in room safe.   Rooms and equipment available for individuals with disabilities.

In every room you will find an efficiency unit. It consists of refrigerator, double burner stove, and a small sink. Every room has a coffee maker, toaster, dishes/silverware, microwave, iron and board, hair dryer and in-room safe. All rooms are equipped with wireless high speed 

Our Standard room includes 2 double beds and a private balcony.  This room is located on the ground floor and east side. It does not offer a view.

Our Gulf View room includes 2 double beds and a partial view of the water. It has a private balcony from which you may view the water.

Our Gulf Front room includes 2 double beds and a full view of the water. It is a corner room with a large picture window, and the balcony with the sliding glass door.

Age Policy: Guests must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests under 25 years of age, but at least 21, are required to provide a $50 deposit per person.

Parking: Parking is limited to only one vehicle per room. There is no additional parking. Boats, RV’s, trailers, water skis, and large trucks cannot be accommodated.

2 Children under 18, no additional charge while accompanied by parents

Valid Major Credit Card is required for all reservations. Cash customers must provide valid credit card with which a 1 night deposit plus tax will be authorized. Credit card holders may be charged the deposit upon making the reservations.
